I'm sure we'll be able to get a copy of "My Pet Goat" there, but expect everything else to be classified for "national security", or some other nonsense.

4. His library will be filled with scrolls of blank, soft, never before used |
|
... sheets of toilet paper.
Upon Dear Leader's bowel related wisdom being transferred upon this paper, the CIA will step in and ensure it cannot be used in any way detrimental to national security!

2. The Bush library in a shopping center? Too funny! |
|
You could fit all the books he's read into a mailbox. Maybe they'll have a store where you can buy an Enron logo hat or a bag of pretzels.

I won't cry to see it gone, but I am pulling for Baylor to get the library, I don't drive through Waco often.

5. it is possible that the bush library will be filled with books on |
|
torture; how to avoid responsibility; the ten or twenty rules of lying; the art of blaming others; and all sort of nefarious readings. there is nothing other than that that bush could put in a library. it will contain a memorial to wars, to fascism, to his grandfather prescott, and his great-granfather george herbert walker, it will have place in it to honor his mother...and it will exhibit saddamn hussein's gun--theone that bush now keeps in the oval office, that is, if we are lucky enough to have bush let go of his power-grab, but seeing the way things are going, i am not betting on bush stepping down from the oval office or letting go of his power grab...and in other news the jeb bush appointed broward county supervisor of elections wants a supervisor of elections building built (not sure if it will be called The Snipes Elections Building) and she wants it built before the 2008 elections ... which is all to nefariously bush for stealing yet another election, that is to say, if we even get to have another election, either because we will have all already been raptured, or because if we are not, we will be told that we are about to be raptured and bush needs to be the guy who leads us into the rapture.

7. Will it have "The Fart Book"? |
|
Edited on Sat Aug-12-06 02:31 AM by Fighting Irish
But, as one of W's Yalie frat brothers tells Kelley, it's not the substance abuse in Bush's past that's disturbing, it's the "lack of substance ... Georgie, as we called him, had absolutely no intellectual curiosity about anything. He wasn't interested in ideas or in books or causes. He didn't travel; he didn't read the newspapers; he didn't watch the news; he didn't even go to the movies. How anyone got out of Yale without developing some interest in the world besides booze and sports stuns me." New Yorker writer Brendan Gill recalls roaming the Kennebunkport compound one night while staying there looking for a book to read - the only title he could find was The Fart Book.http://www.guardian.co.uk/uselections2004/salon/0,14779,1304379,00.html:hurts:

9. A presidential library is really a presidential museum |
|
In it are placed artifacts from the president's life and especially his administration. Also placed there are the president's working papers, after the 12-year moratorium on them has passed.
Reagan has a piece of the Berlin Wall at his, even though the Wall didn't fall until after he was out of office.
Bush's library will contain a piece of the WTC, a piece of the Pentagon, and Saddam's pistol. Bush classified every sheet of paper relating to his administration, so none of those things will be in the library.
A counter-Bush library needs to contain one thing: an empty pickle jar. This empty jar will be labeled, "This container holds all the chemical warfare agents pResident Bush took our country to war against Iraq over."
