We really have crossed the line and are now into the world of the surreal. Our President
vacations in a goofy shirt, at a phony ranch that was built in 1999 to show his
country roots, as the Mid East is in flames and Iraq crashes into civil war. Meanwhile his
loving wife has all but left him (but shows back up for photo ops) and he brought along
3 books to read about Abe Lincoln and world history.

And yet the Vice President and the Presidential press secretary try to sell
us that al Qaeda was following the CT democratic primary?

I'm not saying it was photo shopped. Bush's PR people just wanted people to think Bush is actually doing something, so they dressed him in a clown-type shirt, sat him down in front of a desk, and put a phone in his hand.

He's not really doing anything. He's just watching TV, rooting around in the refrig to see if there is anything in there that's good to eat. He doesn't want to go outside because it's too much work.
