Bush's job according to Bush
Let's create Bush's self-concept of his job description as "president" based on his idiotic statements about it. For example, most recently, he stated that it's his job to remind people about the war of terror. Earlier this year, he famously said he was "the decider." Several times he's said it's his job to hug people who've lost family members in wars. So thus far we have this as Bush's job description of "president":

* Reminder of people about the war on terror

* Decider

* Hugger of people who have lost loved ones in war

What else has the idiot said about his job. (Hint: Google "Bush said 'my job.'")

1. He doesn't just hug them, he gives out advice.
"On Free Speech t.v. a couple of hours ago there was an "Iraq veterans for peace" rally, and a mother told about her few minutes of face time with Shrub. She's black and not only gave him a good verbal thrashing, but she asked for explanations about why the operation in which her son was killed went down the way it did. He said he didn't know. At the end of the meeting, "presidential coins" were passed to the families. When Shrub got to her again, he said to her, "Don't go selling it on eBay now.""

3. "I believe that my job is to
go out and explain to people what's on my mind. That's why I'm having this press conference, see? I'm telling you what's on my mind. And what's on my mind is winning the war on terror."

Apparently he thinks people are very concerned with what's "on his mind".

4. It's the Executive Branch's job to interpret the law.
In one scene, President Bush says: "The legislature's job is to write the law. It's the executive branch's job to interpret the law."
