but... assuming oil prices stabilize, it's only a matter of time before competition drives prices down to a level that reflects oil prices.
The Bush Administration won't let that happen though. They'll continue to play provocateur in the Middle East to drive speculation and keep prices fluctuating upwards - maximize profits, you know...
