Please forgive my memory but didn't Dick Cheney meet with an Israeli government official (Olmert?) in Colorado in June that was supposed to be hashing out of the very plans this question implies?

BTW, I have read at least one thread on this very subject within the past 10 days or so.

8. when I started posting, I didn't know about different forums

posted whatever wherever for the first couple days. Thanks to the patient members and mods who straightened me out. I was just so excited to find people like this (oct 2004) to talk with that I didn't bother reading rules, exploring, etc. Just jumped in. Welcome to DU too.
