"Worst Person in the World" no more? |
|
Keith Olbermann used to do a feature on MSNBC's "Countdown" in which he nominated three people for "Worst Person in the World" before the last commercial break.
Bill O'Reilly was a frequent nominee.
Has the feature been cancelled?

4. I wouldn't think so/hope not. Perhaps he just had too much on his |
|
plate tonight, what with listing all the fabricated terra threats. There were so many - that took time!

It's a highlight of the show for me.
Maybe the "Nexus of Terror" segment indicted so many in this administration that he figured no one else could look worse.

8. The Nexus of Terror segment was quite long - probably left little time... |

...for the WPITW segment.

that Keith was overwhelmed with too many choices and didn't want to offend anyone by leaving them off.

Keith has often ditched OddBall, Sound-Bytes of the Day, etc. when there's big news. He then covers the big news and ditches the fluff.
Today, it was his coincidence of 10 political-motivated Terror Alerts throughout ChimpCo's presidency. He was all but accusing ChimpCo of inflating terror threats in response to political threats to his presidency. It was a devestating segment.

Maybe you should just sign up again at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036677/ . Look for the MSNBC Newsletters box near the bottom of the right-hand column.

even though I was glad to see Keith back but I hate watching Countdown when it's a flat out news show, it is so fucking boring like that. I wish he would go back and do funny shit again.

|
not so much "Oddball" and "top three newsmakers" and "top three soundbites"... Tonight's episode of the terra 'lerts as distraction was excellent...

20. Don't worry, I don't think Keith will give up his WPin theW segment |
|
I think he just didn't have room for it last night with the terror timeline piece he did lasting 12 minutes. The fight is on between Bill O, Heraldo, Savage, Coultergeist and the rest of the rightwing hatemongers -- and don't think Keith, Jon Daly and even Colbert ain't lovin it, cause they are -- and so am I!
