Gates Breaks Ranks with Attack on US AIDS Policy...
'The so-called ABC programme - abstain, be faithful and use a condom - has saved many lives, Mr Gates told the conference of more than 20,000 delegates. But he said that for many at the highest risk of infection, ABC had its limits. "Abstinence is often not an option for poor women and girls who have no choice but to marry at an early age. Being faithful will not protect a woman whose partner is not faithful. And using condoms is not a decision that a woman can make by herself; it depends on a man.'

2. or gift the wisdom in his software
Tragic that gates really never was able to hire an architect sharper than himself,
suffering from his own ellison syndrome, good thing he retired, but really, as the
principal shareholder, he could demand that an entire life's education of common
sense be embedded in every microsoft license as a free perk.

4. if you are expected to see film @ 11 showing Gates washing the feet...
of lepers...i doubt that you will; but there can be little further doubt, that men (ala Buffet's recent huge-ass donation) of his financial caliber are going to be the ones to step up and contribute to this human malady; i have seen pics of him 'in the region', but i am able to feed into the skepticism but confirming that imo the immunological ventures & breakthroughs will be a windfall profit machines of the future...

do you think Gates is only in it for the money  i for one wish that he'd drop his genetically altered foods program

5. i'm no gates fan - but he really is doing
what everybody else SHOULD be doing and his emphasis on women is correct.

and to further that -- he should work with programs{they exist} that try to discourage families from marrying their girls off so young.

6. most assuredly, there are tracts of preventive programs already...
in place; my sense is that (and maybe that's the rub) by pulling, or separating religion and/or tribal behavioral patterns out & away from these points of contact, women & girls, and men for that matter; stand better chances :hi:
