The eyes show defeat They still want to tell us lies Their faces don't lie |

2. This may be easy for some, but for others, including me, |
|
it's just not possible. Throughout my life, it has always been a puzzle to me that some people can "read" faces and know what someone else is thinking. Unfortunately, some of us are psychically blind to these signs and no amount of practicing or coaching seems to help. The only solution, for me, has been to try to tell the unvarnished truth, as I see it, and assume the other person is doing likewise, unless proven wrong by overwhelming evidence.
It sometimes sucks to be blind in such a telepathically sensitive world.

5. I have a good friend who doesn't "see" reactions. She's pretty blunt, |
|
so I wonder if she has something similar.
I really like her, precisely because she doesn't gage what she says or does to how other people will react. MKJ

To me, these pictures look like animated dead people. Sans all empathy.

10. I thank you for your post. I understand a little better about a particular |

organic perspective that blocks the receptors for recognizing others' facial expression.

3. Nice haiku. Here's another |
|
they brought terror here now, they see we are not fooled: empty lies and lives
And you're right about their eyes. Very perceptive.

7. I like it. Especially the way you worked in "terror", "fooled" and "lies" |
|
That's a loaded haiku! MKJ

It's amazing to me how you can look at them and write a haiku, they only make me want to be violently ill!
