The suspect's wife is saying that the husband was in fact home during the period JonBenet got murdered. The suspect is also saying that he drugged her, but the autopsy results seemed to indicate that there was no drugging involved. I think this guy is just a loony toon who knows the details of the case. He may not be the murderer. DNA result hasn't come out yet. I say the result is gonna be negative. This guy is just a mental case.
