and that they will keep on doing it.

meanwhile they are carefully Court-shopping to find a nice compliant judge to overturn the ruling.

:grr:

The "Rule of Law" just doesn't apply to Bushco - don'cha know?

5. There is a whole pile of misinformation in there.
The ACLU agreed to a temporary stay of the order until the court has a hearing on whether the judge will permanantly stay execution until the appeal. So BushCo is free to keep doing it, because the ACLU SAID SO.

Of course they declared it legal. It's called politics.

They can't courtshop. It has to go to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. The ACLU got to courtshop when they filed in Michigan.

I'm just sayin'

2. Maybe......MAYBE.....When He Dies.
If there is an afterlife, that's probably the only time he'll have his fate decided.

Otherwise, he's going to live out his years with wealth and happiness and power. This country is too Fucked up to ever have the courage or conviction to go after him, and he's got too many people backing him.

Did you ever see The Omen series? Same thing. His base will live, die and kill for him.

12. What's wrong with you? 90% of the country thinks he's an asshole!
It's only a matter of time. It just takes a while for Americans to wake up. But it's happening. Slowly but surely.

13. 90% - How Naive Are You?
It's nowhere near that. I can assure you. His approval ratings are in the 30's. While I'm sure that there are many who think he's an Asshole, it's not 90%.

Perhaps you should read John Dean's new book. He says that there is a hard core 23% of this country's population, who will NEVER EVER EVER question King george or his cronies, and they will follow him off a cliff if they had to.

It doesn't excite me to say, but he has far more support than 10%, and there are WAY more people who love, respect and admire him completely and totally.

3. Nothing will happen to the teflon dong
I hate to say it, and wish it weren't true, but I really don't believe he will ever see a courtroom, or senate hearing. The repugs would spin that so far right, in the context of "being against national security" blah, blah , blah, that it would be to unpopular for all but a few republicrats to touch.
