The court has announced the NSA warrant-less 'wire-tapping' program within USA is against the law. When discussing the subject, stick to the issue of the law.

Do not allow America hating GOP RW wing-nuts to personalize the issue as being about the judge. One will lose the discussion when one tries to argue the issue on GOP terms!

It is this simple. Use your terms and argue them. Make the America hating GOP RW fund-nuts argue on _YOUR_ own terms, not theirs!

Did that judge unload in the maladministation in her decision. In legal terms, they received a stern and stout peepee spanking.

A very admirable decision.

It is notable that in the frother critiques of the judge, they have made much of the fact that she is a Carter appointee and she is black. No matter she is correct and that she wrote a great and well-worded constitutionally conservative decision.
