4. This is the third or fourth post on this topic this morning,
Bu$h must be having another one of those senior moments. I have heard speculation on this board about Bu$h being loaded during press conferences, one can only conclude that his handlers aren't very good when it comes to knowing what the proper dose should be.

7. Did his earpiece short out?
Usually, he'll say "uh....uh" and then blurt out something remotely on topic after the answer is fed to him. Perhaps the earpiece wasn't working this time and he just fell back on the standard talking points he's memorized.
