Certain appearances become the uniform of certain groups, especially ones that value homogeniety and conformity. However, in reality, the things that give those appearances, such as conservative haircuts and magnetic "ribbons," are available to anyone. So, logically, no, you can't say these things automatically make someone a member of a specific group. However, like with other profiling, these characteristics can be considered supporting evidence of group membership, just not on their own and not exclusively.
