I didn't catch the website he mentioned - but what he said is that foreign press is reporting American special ops are being sent to Mexico I think to guard the oil wells - in fear of an all out civil war over the election results
Since Thom was doing Randi's show - we can get the archive on www.whiterosesociety.org towards the end of the program - Thom gave website with this info - apparently his chat room was discussing
