I think that if he helpe keep these freaks in office he is responsible and truthfully I think we're all a bit responsible for not doing more to get rid of these murderous bastards in this administration. This is all by design. These shows thrive on conflict.. They have to have it.. If they don't have it they will create it.. It the best of all worlds, they DO get it both ways.. 11. Well, Phil Donahue opposed the Iraqi invasion & MSNBC fired him for it.

Chris Matthews was not the "only one on MSNBC" who opposed the illegal invasion into Iraq. That distinction goes solely to the great Phil Donahue, who by the way, had great ratings at the time.

Matthews' "opposition" to the invasion (not a war by the war by the way initially and is now a civil war) was tepid, if not whispered. Of course, he kept his job.

On the other hand, MSNBC pulled the plug on Donahue's patriotic questioning of Bush's folly.

Mr. Matthews also opined that Al Gore was "an idiot" when he first challenged the vote fraud in Florida. "An idiot".

Matthews is pure shit in my eyes and always will be.
