the "100 degree club" has a positive side:
when I first heard about the insanity of the "100 degree club" yesterday, my first thought was that nobody SANE would ever be involved in such stupidity. Then I remembered that this was, of course, *'s idea--so there went THAT thought.

on relating this information to a friend today, who thought it wouldn't disappoint if they all died of heat stroke, it occurred to me that this was actually a wonderful example of chlorine in the gene pool.
