Another tragedy in WV.... More roosting chickens? |
|
I can't help but feel that the damage done by this administration to the concept and appreciation of workplace safety has cost lives..... now possibly two more.
Am I alone in this? Do y'all think that the people in WV see that their vote did not help them.... just the mine owners?

2. Are you saying if Kerry had been elected |
|
the miners would be alive? I can't back you on that. Is the nation going in the tubes. Yes. Is every thing that happens because of Bush. No.

4. Not everything and not Bush in particular. But, the greed, cruelty |
|
and stupidity of the Republican administration is most definitely the source of most of the major suffering and degradation of the quality of life in the U.S. They have done everything in their power to maximize the profits of businesses at the expense of the American People.

9. Yes, the "little people" are simply resources for them, either |
|
as slave workers or robot supporters. America is now a colony of the World Corporations.

he would be pushing publicly for improved mine safety regulation to help prevent future tragedies.
He would be using his leadership position to save lives in the future.
And Bush has done???

8. Keep bush's other mantra in mind - |
|
Environmental and safety regulations are roadblocks to economic prosperity.

10. In their way of thinking, anyone who favors environmental or |
|
safety regulations is a liberal, tree hugging wimp. Real men don't protect the environment or the safety of workers.
The Republicans are thinking with their crocodillan brains.

11. If Gore had been elected.... |
|
We'd have missed years of de-regulation ("streamlining") & union busting.
Kerry would be a good choice after President Gore's second term.
