That last lightning strike did more than knocking out DU for an hour! |

What a storm (Greenville, SC)! Sparks flying, side-ways rain, poor Nick-Nick in the closet! I just found out that a house a half mile away was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. A big house at the country club. Bad shit, that. Man, I hope all those late golfers are OK.

It's been bad for farmers. During June and July, when the crops should be growing there was little if any rain. Now when they are trying to harvest, the rain is coming.
