Homosexuals are born into heterosexual marriages |
|
I think we should ban heterosexual marriages and sex. This would put a stop to any more homosexuals being born in short order! May be a little drastic but this evil must be stopped. ( for freeper lurkers this is an example of satire - but feel free to quit breeding anyway)

And the thing that bugs me about that is uptight and judgmental grandparents who want to take their grandkids away from the grandkids' homosexual parents. When those same grandparents raised the homosexual person in the first place!
When is this irrational hatred going to stop, anyway?

there are two gay children born to those gay(really not) parents.
I know of two instances where that happened.

6. On the serious side, doesn't this raise questions about the genetic |
|
origins of homosexuality? I never fully bought that theory. But then again I never looked to hard at the science behind it either.

7. Genetics is much more complicated than that. |
|
It could be a recessive gene that both parents carry, or the parents could be repressing it in themselves, or it could be a combination of genetics and environment, just like any other human characteristic including weight, personality, and intelligence.

Strange how homophobes and bigots conveniently forget this inconvenient fact when they discriminate against gays and lesbians in terms of custodial rights, fostering, and adoption by arguing that having gay and lesbians for parents will ensure that their children will turn out to be homosexual as well when being heterosexual CLEARLY does not ensure that their children will turn out to be heterosexual.

9. Better yet, let's ban heterosexuality for both sexes! |
|
That's right, from now on, it's illegal to be anything but asexual. (Starting to make my own protest sign "Down With Erections")
