Are Freepers unprotected against the Bush NSA Spying Scandal?

If someone on BushCo's watch list posts on the Freeper site, does that mean that everyone on that site qualifies for government surveillance and prosecution of any past wrong-doing?

Is that how Bush's NSA Spy Scandal operates, it automatically targets anyone by association?
