It sucks beyond all comprehension to have the man who smeared Max Cleland be one of my Georgia senators. :( :cry:

What they did to Cleland was despicable. They filled me in on the bits and pieces that I heard / read and it was just appalling.

I am glad that someone got the number out there. It looks like the tide is turning. Feinstein's office is now saying that she has not ruled out a filibuster. We have to keep up the work this weekend, but We just might be able to pull this off.
Bushco made a big tactical error in releasing the DOJ statement justifying warrantless wiretaps before they snuck Alito in. That document so crystalizes the case against Alito and the Imperial Presidency. Thanks for all you are doing to mobilize support.
