How many people died in Katrina? |
|
There was never anything touted as a "final figure" was there?
This is what I believe.
When it became apparent that the fatality figures would surpass the 9/11 attack, official "scrubbers" were called in. Professional, "connected", big mortuary firms were hired to clear out as many bodies as possible. Private security firms (contractors, mercenaries) were brought in for "crowd control". They proceeded to separate the survivors and split up groups for transport to far-flung refugee camps (for want of a truer designation) and left to find their own way home, or elsewhere.
All places where somewhat accurate counts could be made were moved, or closed or split off in such a way as to muddy the information.
I will make a guess. I am guessing that the true number is between 5-7 thousand. Can anyone come up with a better one?

A complete obliteration of the real numbers occurred. I think several thousand died also.

2. Didn't they put KKKarl in charge of the cleanup operation? |

Anyone wanna bet that was for the sole purpose of supressing the body count?

5. I believe you are right. And that means, our government |
|
is disappearing us.
How much did they spend on scrubbers while people went without food and water.

11. "We don't count civilian casualties..." |
|
at least not publicly. Unless of course "we" can use them for some sort of political advantage or....
when the majority of the people who died were white.
