Howard Sterned!
A caller, on the pretense of being a talking head, just "Howard Sterned" Wolf Blitzer.

But it's just too funny when someone can get through to the Situation Room and Ba-Ba-Booey him.

Wolf Blitzer got prank called on the Situation Room on CNN. The caller turned out to a Howard Stern fan, who often get off on doing such things on national call in segments. They've done it to CSPAN too

18. And every other medium that takes calls from the public |
|
He has not only legions of fans from 20+ years on air, he now has several paid "producers" who do the funniest crank calls I've ever heard. I guess you have to be there.

15. Yea, he had someone on as a witness or expert or |

something and they turned out to be a Howard Stern fan. I didn't catch the whole thing because I was making a different post and only caught the end of it before Leslie cut her off.

really get off on calling in to TV and radio shows and "promote" Howard's show.
And sometimes they actually get on a national broadcast.

13. Howard Sterned means, in essence, crank called |
|
I'm not near a TV right now either, so any further description would be appreciated.
If it's mentioned on tomorrow's Stern satellite program, I'll be sure to post it.

turned out to be a joker, who at some point yells "Ba Ba Booey", a magic catchphrase, or the name of someone, from the Howard Stern radio show, not sure exactly what it means.
