Verizon, Cingular or T-Mobile - what's best for South Florida

My cell phone died yesterday and I'm going insane trying to decide the best carrier to switch to. I've had Cingular for 2 years, but every call I make gets dropped after 10 minutes.

Can anyone advise me?

Prepaid gold rewards. OK so far. I don't use it that much, that's why I went for the prepaid minutes. 1150 mins that are good for 1 year for $100.

I haven't had a dropped call yet, but there are some coverage limitations.

Lots of bells and whistles we don't need--but the basic program is fine w/ no dropped calls...
We had Cingular...ugh. We switched for the same reason.
