My SO was arguing with a coworker last night about presidential scandals and the coworkers said he remembered something about a presidential motorcade stopping a funeral and he swore it was Clinton. I don't have any recollection of anything like this, does anybody else?If so a little infor or a link or something would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

10. Umm... why does it matter whether a presidential motorcade stopped

a funeral or not. I'm sure ALL presidential motorcades take precedent to a funeral procession. Not saying it is right or wrong even, but, when the motorcade has come to my town EVERYTHING is shut down. No one goes ANYWHERE until the motorcade has passed and they shut everything down several miles ahead and behind of where they are going. Just how they do business...
