Oh, my God, his face is on the tv in this area 24/7. His ads are so phony and I could puke every time I see those beady eyes. I am beginning to think he is Jesus, with all the things he has done to save this country. No wonder I have lost my religion.

1. Despite the slight narrowing in the polls, I don't see how Rick Santorum |
|
survives this fall's disgruntled voter sweep of controversial incumbents.
Casey's still sitting on a large war chest and will kick it in after Labor Day, and Santorum himself remains one of the most visible assholes in American public life.
I say this seat goes blue by 10:30 p.m. November 7th.

10. Hi, Freedomofspeech. No, I'm not a Pennsylvanian, but you folks are |
|
running a hell of an election there this year, and I'm tuned in. Mostly because I want to see Santorum lose. He's one of the most arrogant shitheads I've ever seen in public service. As bad as it gets.
It looks so far like you guys are doing a great job. Swann is nowhere near Rendell and I think Casey's going to hold on and show man-on-dog the door.
A lot of us on DU will be rooting for Pennsylvania Dems on Nov. 7th.

We need all of the support we can get. Santorum really pissed off a lot of people with the cy ber school issue. He lives in VA and charges the not so rich Penn Hills School District for his children's cy ber school costs. He is such a dick.

12. I pretty much only see the TV at my parents |
|
but Sicky Rantorum has been been plastering the Pgh area for the last two months. What I love is that the general reaction seems to be a snicker and a statement on the order of "What a tool". Let him spend all that money to make himself look foolish. The latest has been the most effective (Casey doesn't show up to do the job) I'm no fan of Casey, but since the Senate doesn't work much of the year, I don't think he'd have trouble keeping up with the schedule.

Yes, I've seen those Santorum ads. I've even seen bumperstickers for both Santorum and Swann and Tweety's brother. Of course, on the inside, I say that Sanscrotum to you. I remember when Santorum first ran for and won the Senate seat vacated by the late John Heinz. I was in PA the day before the election. Something about Ricky just rubbed me the wrong way. I couldn't vote in that election because I was living in California and was also registered to vote in that state.
