Anyone ever watch LINK TV?
I just got DirecTV and it turns out this station (375 on DTV) has Democracy Now as well as ACLU and Sierra Club shows?

Anyone else watch this station? Strange to me that DTV which is owned by News Corp has what appears to be a Liberal station.

2. I had no idea it existed...
That's what sticking with Time Warner Cable does for ya.

Now if I could only get DTV to carry NICK Gas so I can relive my youth (spent a lot of time watching Double Dare and Finders Keepers when I was younger).. :)

4. Satellite TV companies are required by law to offer
...charity/501(c) channels.

Cable TV companies are required to offer public access channels.

However, the Telecommunications Bill in Congress would let AT&T start a new fiber-optic TV system which ISN'T required to offer charity channels or public access.

We can expect that if the Telecommunications Bill passes without that being changed, then satellite and cable TV companies will demand that they be released from responsibilities.

They air a wide variety of programs on topics I know nothing about. It's a pleasure.

13. Link TV's great stuff, along with Free Speech TV
Mosaic and World Music are my favorite programs on Link. I usually watch Democracy Now! on FSTV, but Link carries it too.
