Looking for a quote from the asshole-in-chief.

I'm a relative newcomer to following politics closely (and to this board). About a week ago I was having some beers in a bar with some folks and the topic of discussion was "stupidest thing you've ever heard from Bush."

One of them claimed that Bush said something like this: "The cool thing about America is that we cry when kids get blown up." This seemed too stupid to be true, but after nosing around this board for a while I can see that if he ever said anything like this, at least one of you would know about it. Is there any grain of truth to this whatsoever?

Apologies if there isn't; I'd hate for my first thread to be a wild goose chase.
