RePUKES reflect our basest and most fascistic instincts. The RePUKE party is the party of fearful bedwetters and when they are in power it represents a weak, cowed America.

Maybe in November we'll see that America has regained its courage and strength.

Just as the Democrats now try hard to represent divirsity and champion the common man, so too did the Republicans...

Well, not so much the common man but they did champion the betterment of society...

Remember, all the reforms that were started in the late 1800's and brought us child labor laws, the food and drug administration and the progressive federal income tax were all started with the assistance of many eastern republicans and opposed by many southern democrats...

And remember, there were several delegates to the 1964 democratic convention that were denied access to the convention simply because they were black...

Sometimes I think what is soreley lacking in current political discourse is an historical perspective...
