Did anyone see "Baghdad ER"?

I know it has been out there awhile but I just saw the HBO documentary "Baghdad ER" and it was insanity. It opens with a nurse carrying limbs to a bin of other limbs. It is insane what the doctors and nurses over there are doing and this is a must see. Not for the faint of heart.

yes, I have watched it and sickened by the horrors, but in awe of the Doctors and Nurses.

3. The thing to keep in mind about many of the doctors and nurses

is that they are Reserve Units....most if not all of them....

They have to go back to their lives outside the military and try to get back to normal and I suspect that they will have great difficulties....

It's sad....

4. one of the nurses said it was a waste of a war

I was shocked when he said that on camera. It was a couple there together, both nurses and he said he disagreed with the war but was very passionate about helping save the soldiers lives. It is truely and unforgettable documentary, I cried and it took me days to shake it.

5. Yes. One of our DUers was nice enough to tape it for me

and mail it, since I didn't have HBO and really wanted to see it.

Sort of like M*A*S*H, but with real blood and guts and gore. Total insanity, I agree.
