it takes to confirm the story. I can't fault you for that. However, I believe Bush did say something to the effect that old laws may not be up to date enough to deal with our present war on terror so therefore we shouldn't criticize him for ignoring those laws. I am paraphrasing generously I know, but he did say something to that effect. I don't remember the exact quote.

but she was mistaken.

I had a fresh batch of Bush poop flags (see http://www.freewilliamsburg.com/archives/2005/08/bush_poop.html) on a table in the living room when one of my neighbors dropped by. We were chatting away when she spotted the flags. She gave me a quizzical look and asked me if I had gone soft on Bush. I told her no and explained I put the flags in piles of dog shit I found around the neighborhood because I still thought Bush was the biggest king of shit this world has ever seen. She ended up taking a few of the flags home with her.
