Gulf Coast DUers: What do Repubs in your area say re Katrina & shrub? |
|
Having actually seen and experienced the devastation and lack of response firsthand, and perhaps being significantly affected themselves, do they actually buy the shrubco propaganda about the Dem state and local politicians, flooded schoolbuses etc., and assign no blame to the shrubco/FEMA response?
Now, one year later, what do they have to say, in public and in private? Are they seriously just as high on shrub and the Republicans as before Katrina? Do they all still plan to vote straight ticket Republican?

It's the first thing out of their mouths.
I reply about birthday cakes, guitars, vacations etc. I might as well be talking to a wall.
