2. I know it's democratic...but 33% of America don't seem to know!
Edited on Tue Aug-29-06 06:47 AM by Hubert Flottz
That's why I wanted to smoke you out to tell them...

AND..no I'm way too pissed about the GOP's line of Bullshit..."they're politicizing it," To worry about the lounge. It's political so we politicize it! They are too gad damned goofy to know that politics has a direct effect on about everything in this country.

3. As my dear old Daddy would say "Boy howdy!"
"I don't care about politics!" Is that possibly the dumbest statement you ever heard? Politics affects every single thing that happens in this Country. I don't understand why they don't get it. Could it be the lack of Civics and Government classes in school nowadays? I think we need to find out what in the hell is going on with the Curricula in our schools and get it straightened out so our kids start learning the things they need to know and screw this NCLB bs!

I would rather have a team of "liberal educators" examine the issue than a bunch of Bush selectees put forth their recommendations. The skills of tomorrow according his Executive's recommendations were spatula operation for burger flipping, third world skills such as garbage sorting, junk scavenging, begging, and silent starvation.

6. Bush and his "EXPERTS" think they can run the world?
Hell Bush can't even run a bike without crashing. Bush's experts have ruined everything they have touched since 2000!

4. You know it's amazing.......

Every so often I'm struck drop-jawed amazed at some talking point/BS from those folks on the right. This "politicizing" thingme (ANY open statement of an opposing point of view on an issue) is just the latest one of them.

Think about it: One candidate says "The sky is blue", another one says "Not always, at night it's black". At which point the first guy/gal says "My opponent is POLITICIZING the air we breathe".

Excuse me, but I always thought that contrasting points of view were the very basis of politics; that expressing them and getting other folks to agree with you and then getting those folks to take the time to vote for ya was the name of the game.

Damn right it's "POLITICIZING" the issue.................cause without it the jerk that made the charge might actually have to get a job the involves more than just running his/her mouth for a paycheck.

Jeesh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Edit for only 1st cup of coffee typo

9. And the pubs took over congress years ago...the "Contract on
America" is snuffing out the democracy in our country! The best plan the GOP has, is just like the plan the 1930s 40s fascists had! Not a single backbone in that entire party.
