Shrub's teleprompter reading looks so lame today.
The man is seriously not all there.
"we need to get homes in neworlins
A neworlins with homes is what we need"

"we had choices to make - and a lot a people said, why not take it over? That's not the way I think"

He is not - how does one put it? He is not all there.
Anyone who thinks that this guy is the real "decider" in this administration has a real surprise coming.
