Cheney safety precautions forbid liquids, gels

Those invited to hear Vice President Dick Cheney speak Tuesday in Nebraska might not want to bring any hair styling products, bottled water or sodas, as the registration-restricted article at the Omaha World-Herald is reporting that security personnel have been ordered to confiscate "any liquids or gels from those attending the speech."
