I am listening to all the stories of the people who went through this horror and still they deal with it . Every once in a while i switch on the tv and there is nothing which does not surprise me .

I just cannot get past any reason that these people still don't have homes , there is absolutely no sane reason these people have to continue to suffer for one second longer ,jesus , it's been a year .

Bush with his rumble of continues lies and out right ignorence is simply sick . Get these people the funding they need and get going and get this done . What does it take and who will it take to fix this the way it should have been a year ago .

4. There is one reason and only one reason why

homes haven't been rebuilt and that reason is money. The bushies know damn well if they can keep out the "riff raff" they can rebuild New Orleans and the rest of the Gulf Coast the way they want it with (non Union) companies of their choosing. Lily white and well off.

5. Yes , that is the sole reason

It is the bottom line with these criminals . Don't the rest of the people in the US that the outright refusal to help the people in New Orleans is the future anyone can face anywhere in the USA. If you are black, white , and low on the ladder with income or outright poor all are subject to the same outcome .
I can't imagine what woud happen in Los Angeles if we had a major earthquake , I know I would be in sorry shape .

This is not to subtract anything from what happened in NO . But it is reality .
