2. 3.5 years and $325 Billion is more than "patient" - it's comatose.
Is Iraq that much better today than 1 year ago? 2 years ago? At this point, it's getting worse every day. Get out now.

6. Wouldn't you hate for Rummy to be your boss.
He as crazy as Bush.

10. I've worked for people almost as pathological as Rummy.
The scary thing is that they have the ability to be very charming - "they could charm the buzzards off a gut wagon" - but the capacity to act in ways completely without either empathy or integrity. I've sadly seen corporate corruption I never dreamed could be so bad, involving the top executives of a Fortune 50 corporation in a stock fraud to the tune of over $100 million just in the gains collected by those same executives (and directors) by manipulating the timing of business information disclosure (delaying the processing of major financial transactions) and timing their options exercise and sales of stock. I've seen deliberate the falsification of general ledger data by a government contractor. From what I've seen, corporate corruption is far, far more deeply embedded and widespread than 95% of the public even suspects.

11. Think about that man making decisions about your fate if you...
were a soldier now. When he said what he said about the draftees I knew he was nuts. And I've seen the upper echelon graft myself, even inside of some large "charitable" organizations. The poor people and the elderly in America, are really screwed now. Sad to watch all this take place. The American Nightmare.

9. Done and the results speak volumes.
Frank Gaffney was on Washington Journal this AM doing his PNAC dog and pony act about bolstering support for the war and talking about the importance of invading Iran. Holy shiite!

13. Patient ?!! While we're spending how many hundreds of millions....
per day on the war?

We'll see how "patient" the business community becomes once the value of the dollar starts to fall.
