Girl Banned From Singing Pink's "Dear Mr President"...
South Florida Sun-Sentinel

May 5, 2006

A 10-year-old Coral Springs girl won't be allowed to sing a controversial President Bush-bashing ballad at her school talent show after her principal deemed it inappropriate and too political.

4. I Agree With That. Grade School Is No Place For That Level Of Politics.
We all know that song isn't exactly subtle and it isn't a stretch to think that maybe a grade school talent show isn't exactly the most appropriate place for such politics.
