about 3 or 4 years ago my electric co-op back in Texas was at generating |

capacity, and was having to buy power from other companies. They were going to build a new generator to give them 10% more juice, but, they did the math and figured out that if they just went and bought all their customers CF bulbs they wouldn't have to build a new plant, and it would be cheaper. So why don't we do this nationally?!!!
