And it's a good think Don Rumsfeld never went into the magic business - he'd give away every trick he ever tried. People would pelt him with rotten fruit in contempt.
Glad you caught the call!

Not just "fascist," but also "freedom," "war," "terror," etc.
Glad you caught the call!

7. You're a rock star my friend! |
|
Add yourself to the "Official I'll buy you a beer when you're in Austin"list. Wait! You're dangerously close to Austin, I may have to actually pay off! No never mind, I look forward to it & meeting you soon. Why don't you let me know when you are in the area next time & maybe we can do lunch or something?

They are using words they don't understand the meaning of. Perverting the English language.

The neo-cons misuse so many words that I'm sure grocery shopping is a real adventure for them...

Amazing when the regime itself is called fascist that they then roll out the word for Muslims.

19. It's called "misdirection" and "sleight of hand" |
|
If you practice magic at all, whether it's for your daughter's birthday party or for nightly audiences at Las Vegas, you should know all about misdirection and sleight of hand. I cannot stress this enough, because that's exactly what Rumsfeld's been trying to pull during his American Legion speech. He must think we're phenomenally stupid.
Thanks for your kind words!

17. Did you hear the RW idiot... |
|
who said that FDR refused to intervene in WWII until Pearl Harbor forced him to (supposedly showing how weak Dems are) when FDR actually wanted to get involved sooner but he was being held back by the RW in this country, which was not only isolationist, but in sympathy with the Nazis (at least in part because they were so scared of Communism).
I liked the one guy who was able to bring up Prescott and Hitler.
