a) because Sirius Left has to be the same 'rules' as a broadcast stations

b) because on 202 he could really be UNLEASHED AND UNCENSORED!

Granted, I'm an XM subscriber, so I'm admittedly biased. But I'm about to become an ex-subscriber if something doesn't come of this, since AAR was my main reason for subscribing in the first place, and there's no AAR anymore, as far as I'm concerned
