Wheaton teen charged in VA laptop theft pleads guilty to manslaughter

A teen believed by police to have been involved in the theft of a laptop computer containing the personal information of millions of veterans pleaded guilty to manslaughter in an unrelated case on Tuesday, according to John McLane, a spokesman for the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s office.
