In essence, Dana Bash of CNN just said that in criticizing Donald Rumsfeld on Iraq, Democrats were using him as a "boogieman" on the issue (and not http://dictionary.laborlawtalk.com/boogeyman">an imaginary monster used to frighten children).

Gee, for about five years there, I had begun to think Donald Rumsfeld was actually a real person.
