Air America is having financial difficulties?

Seems I read about this several weeks ago? If so, Mike Malloy is probably only the first to go? If they don't have the money, they cannot operate. We should not be so quick to tear down AAR. It is probably the only time in history, at least in recent history, that we have had even a simile of liberal thought on the airwaves. We should think twice before we disavow it. It is a rarity. And any liberal voice is better than none.

I don't question Franken's sincerity or liberal credentials, but he's not even close to being in the same room as Malloy when it comes to who's a better radio personality.

They took Malloy off in New York because he wasn't making them enough money but the people that replaced him don't make anything either so...It's a head scratcher.

The AAR station is at 1.4. The other repig station, all slime, all the time pulls in almost double with 2.4.

Now the AAR station down here really isn't AAR, it's a mashed up mess. It has Schultz on it for god's sake.

11. Sam implied that he makes a bundle in salary

A caller called him the other day and said he (the caller) had to be a conservative because he earned 180K a year. Sam said his earnings were in line with the callers. Sam didn't give exact figures but it sure seemed that he makes a good salary if what Sam said is true.

I don't know if he was pulling the caller's leg.
