Does anyone know about this Social Security email petition circulating? |
|
I have received the following email regarding Senate votes on Social Security this week. It has about 350 names and city/states listed on it. I can not figure out what it is all about. I did not know there was any vote this week on this issue. I am wondering if it is a scam. Let me know what you think about it. Thank you in advance to anyone who knows anything. I have heard about Snopes. I should look over there more often. I appreciate the advice. In any case, it seems an email petition is totally outdated since it seems to be a done deal anyway. I will inform the person who sent the email to me.

5. You are so right about that. |

I never sign them either. Sometimes their origin just gets me curious. I am always hesitant to give out my info. I was just afraid for my friend who sent me the email. I wanted to find proof that it was stupid to bother with. Thanks.
