I AM suffering from moral and intellectual confusion.

I'm confused how utterly amoral and immoral actions can be lauded as superior public policy. Raping our planet, neglecting the impoverished, pre-emptively invading a foreign nation, spying on American citizens, running torture camps, failing to respond to citizens in crisis, destablizing an entire region of the globe, awarding no-bid contracts to cronies, uttering a lie within practically every sentence....I throw my hands up in the air. It's true. I don't understand. I'm confused. When did this type of behavior become morally superior?

I'm confused as to how anyone can think intelligent design belongs in the classroom, global warming is a myth and stem cell research is essentially useless. A government that ignores facts that don't fit their agenda...or worse manufacturers, suppresses or distorts facts is not only insulting our intelligence, it's waging war against it.

So blast it, I have to agree with Rummy in some respects. He's right. This moral intellectual who criticizes the current administration is incredibly confused. Baffled and confounded even.
