The Facsists Gestapo Baby Killer just revealed how this came to be in an address at a World Affairs Council suarez - broadcasting now on C-Span.

praised Clinton for brokering it through Congress.

the fact that this fascist bastard is operating in any capacity at all should be an eye opener to all DU'ers..
