Poll question: Should soldiers in rape/murder in Iraq be executed? |
|
I think prosecuting them would send a positive message to Iraqis, but at the same time, it seems disproportionate to make these guys vulnerable to the death penalty when those who are responsible for them being there have not been punished or even charged.

3. I voted the second option. |

Bush should stand trial before these guys. Bush has killed a minimum of 30.000 people. These guys are on extended duty, seen for more days of combat than many in World War II. Bush is asking way to much for humans to endure. Unless Bush stands trial, these guys deserve consideration for Bush's unending war that is warping their minds. Plus, I do not trust Marine training. And, I do not believe in Capital punishment. Let them cool their jets at Ft. Riley for a number of years. THe nature of bush's war at least can be a part of their defense.
