How do feel when you see w faking sincerity at 9-11 memorials?
Edited on Tue Sep-05-06 04:41 AM by Philosoraptor
This being the five year anniversary of bush's greatest moment,(cough, hack hack), bush will undoubtedly mince out onto the white house lawn holding hands with laura, lynne and dick, they'll bow their heads and there will be a moment of silence to remember the extremely exploited dead, and all the related dead since.

How does this make you feel? Personally it makes me want to wretch bile in revulsion, knowing what I know, and suspecting what I suspect.

2. It disgusts me but I don't get half as disgusted at him (because you
know what a fraud he is) as I do the people who eat it up. Them I will not tolerate.

3. He fakes sincerity all the time
Except when he's been flummoxed into inadvertent truth-telling. Because of that I don't watch or listen to him if I can help it. His duplicity makes me physically ill.

4. It makes me feel...
Like...remember Million Dollar Baby? The boxer's family came to visit her in the hospital, and they acted all sweet, and nice, but then the attitude changed. The family wanted the boxer to sign power of attorney/will papers, and meanwhile Eastwood was near the door watching all of this, and he knew that the family had been in town for a week before coming to visit their hurt family member...and the expression on Clints face, when her family pushed those papers on the boxer, is the same expression I have when I see W or anybody from his administration pretend to care about 9/11.

5. Just wondering if Coulter will come out and claim that the administration
is gaining capital from the 9-11 disaster?

Somehow, I think she will find a way to blame the 9-11 widows...:(

6. I am not watching any of the so called memorials...
On 9/11 I will light a candle in memory of those who were lost due to the ineptitude of this administration. I will give a shit about what Mr. Bush is doing.

11. seconded
His little grin makes me want to throw something. I never could understand why no one else catches that little half smirk he wears when he's faking sympathy and sorrow while talking about tragic issues. Whether it's destruction of New Orleans, the chaos in Iraq, or poverty, he's always on the verge of grinning.

The only time he ever seems genuine is when he gets angry at being challenged. Even his speech becomes clear and understandable.

13. Like I'm watching a psychological horror movie
"The narcissist who would not feel"

"The sociopath from Crawford"

"Souless George"

or some such.

I keep waiting to hear the "Twilight Zone" theme in the background.

14. Why not...
..ignore the politics for once, and simply remember those we have all lost with respect?Say a small prayer, light a candle...spend a few minutes in reflection.

Sometimes...the politics dont matter at all.

Makes more sense, dont you think?

32. There are many opportunities for respectful reflection
on those lost on 9/11. A posturing session by a psychopathic chimpanzee is possibly not the ideal time for it though.

Makes sense, don't you thing?

All of it. It's one thing to remember it on a historical date. Dec. 7th or June 6th, for example.

These fuckers are celebrating it.

the loathsome motherfucker has been so protected his ENTIRE life, that he's never even had to do a very convincing job of mimicing empathy. The smirk is ALWAYS hovering on his goddamn face.
