I have been listening to Air America since the day you went on the air. I am disgusted by the decision to terminate Mike Malloy.

Those of us on the left hand of the dial would appreciate the swift reinstatement of a man who brings knowledge, passion and riveting radio to the Air America lineup. I don't like being put in the position of wondering whether or not the hours of time I spend listening to your network and the money our family spends with your sponsors could be better spent elsewhere.

Evidently, Mr. Malloy was told that there were "financial reasons" behind his firing. I'm thinking that Air America had better get out their checkbook; to re-sign him instead of firing him would have been a bargain compared to how much this will cost, not only financially but winning back the goodwill of your listeners. Whatever he was getting paid before doesn't make up for the embarrassment your network and management has subjected him to over the past week.
